Ingredients:
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Onion
• Curry leaves – a few
• Red Chilli -1 tsp
• Lemon – 1
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• 1 cup – Rice
Method:
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Splutter the mustard seeds and add onion, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli.
- After a while add chopped cucumber, salt and boil.
- Add the cooked rice.
- Finally add 1 tsp of lemon and mix with the rice.
