
Ingredients:
• 4 yellow Cucumbers
• 4 Green chillies
• 10-15 roasted Peanuts
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Few Curry leaves
• 1 pinch Hing
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and deseed the cucumbers.
- Chop two cucumbers into fine pieces and the other two cucumbers into halves.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, green chillies, urad dal, channa dal, hing, and peanuts, and roast well.
- Let it cool and add the halved cucumbers and tamarind paste, and grind it to form a paste.
- Mix the finely chopped cucumbers with the paste and add salt.
