Ingredients:

• 4 yellow Cucumbers
• 4 Green chillies
• 10-15 roasted Peanuts
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Few Curry leaves
• 1 pinch Hing
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and deseed the cucumbers.
  2. Chop two cucumbers into fine pieces and the other two cucumbers into halves.
  3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, green chillies, urad dal, channa dal, hing, and peanuts, and roast well.
  4. Let it cool and add the halved cucumbers and tamarind paste, and grind it to form a paste.
  5. Mix the finely chopped cucumbers with the paste and add salt.
