Ingredients:
• 2 lb – Mutton
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 4 – Potatoes
• 4 – onions, chopped fine
• 3 – Bay Leaves
• 2 inch piece – Cinnamon stick
• 8 – Cloves
• 1 cup – plain Yoghurt
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Marinate mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste for 10 mins.
- Pressure cook mutton and set aside.
- Peel, wash and cut potatoes into long wedges.
- Add oil to vessel and fry potato wedges and set aside.
- To oil, add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, yoghurt and salt to taste.
- Next add cooked mutton pieces, garam masala and mix well.
- Then add potato wedges and mix well and cook on slow flame for a while. Serve
