
Ingredients:
• 5 cup – Curd
• 1/2 cup – malai
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp- cumin
• 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies finely chopped
• 1 cup – Fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add cumin, onion, green chillies and coriander powder. Stir till onion is translucent
- Add fenugreek leaves, capsicum and turmeric powder
- Fry for 2 minutes. Add the curd and salt.
- Boil till the water from the curd evaporates and the curd starts thickening.
- Now add the malai.
- Keep stirring it and let the mixture thicken.
- Once the mixture has thickened, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice
