
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sprouted moong
• 1 cup – beaten Curd
• 3 tbsp – sweet chutney
• 2 tbsp – green chutney
• 3 tbsp – fine sev
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 1 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 2 tbsp – onion, chopped fine
• 1 – potato, boiled and mashed
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chilli powder as per taste
Method:
- Boil sprouted moong till soft
- Drain and put in serving bowl
- Top with mashed potatoes
- Add salt and red chillies to curd
- Spread the beaten curd over it
- Then top with tomatoes, onion, green chutney, sweet chutney
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
