Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sprouted moong
• 1 cup – beaten Curd
• 3 tbsp – sweet chutney
• 2 tbsp – green chutney
• 3 tbsp – fine sev
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 1 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 2 tbsp – onion, chopped fine
• 1 – potato, boiled and mashed
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chilli powder as per taste

Method:

  1. Boil sprouted moong till soft
  2. Drain and put in serving bowl
  3. Top with mashed potatoes
  4. Add salt and red chillies to curd
  5. Spread the beaten curd over it
  6. Then top with tomatoes, onion, green chutney, sweet chutney
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
