Ingredients:
• 500 g – Mutton pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 4 tbsp – oil
• ?cup – chopped coriander
• 2 – hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• 1 – cup Curd
• For ground paste: 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 7 – Garlic pods
• 2 – Dried red chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 -cardamom
• 7 – peppercorns
• 3 – Cloves
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Amchoor powder
• ?inch – Cinnamon stick
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Marinate mutton pieces in curd and the ground paste for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry onions till brown.
- Add the marinated mutton pieces.
- Put some water and let it cook till it becomes tender (takes approx 1 hour).
- You can pressure cook it also.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced hard boiled eggs.
- Serve with phulkas.
