
Ingredients:
• 8 – parwal (whole)
• 3 – Bay Leaf
• 2 – red chilli, whole
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1/2 tsp – fresh Curd
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 cup – water
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Wash the parwal and shallow fry till half cooked.
- Add oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole red chilli into it.
- Add ginger paste, salt, sugar, cumin and coriander powder with 1/2 cup of water.
- When it starts boiling, add parwal and cook.
- Add curd and corn flour into it.
- Garnish with ghee and garam masala powder.
- Serve hot with rice, roti or paratha
