Ingredients:

• For Vada:
• 2 cup – black gram, soaked overnight
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
• For Curd
• 3 cup – Curd
• 4 – green chillie
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seed
• 2 tsp -oil

Method:

  1. Grind the soaked black gram with very little water and add salt.
  2. Deep fry this till golden brown
  3. Add salt to the curd and add this to the curd mixture
  4. Garnish this with spluttered mustard seeds fried green chillies
  5. Serve cold
