Ingredients:
• For Vada:
• 2 cup – black gram, soaked overnight
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
• For Curd
• 3 cup – Curd
• 4 – green chillie
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seed
• 2 tsp -oil
Method:
- Grind the soaked black gram with very little water and add salt.
- Deep fry this till golden brown
- Add salt to the curd and add this to the curd mixture
- Garnish this with spluttered mustard seeds fried green chillies
- Serve cold
