
Ingredients:
• 2 – Potato
• 1 cup – Curd
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 6 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Cumin seed
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves to garnish.
Method:
- Cut each potatoes into 8 small pieces.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, add cut potatoes and fry them till they turn light brown on low flame and keep aside.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder into the same oil.
- Then add curds. After adding curds stir well for 1 to 2 min and add salt. When it start boiling add fried potato and cream.
- Keep them on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add garam masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
