Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 tsp – chopped, Garlic
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 3 – onions, sliced
• Salt to taste
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 cup – Curd
Method:
- Wash the meat well.
- Add all the ingredients and marinate for about 1 hour in a suitable pan.
- Place the pan on medium heat and cook closed for about 5 to 6 mins.
- Lower the heat, add enough water and then simmer for about 40 to 45 minutes till the meat is cooked and the gravy is thick.
