
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – cooking oil
• 1.5 cup – Toor Dal
• 1 cup – black gram
• 1 tbsp – cooking oil
• 200 gm – chillies
• 1 tsp – asafetida
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry the dals in 2 tbsp oil for five mins and keep aside.
- Add one more tbsp oil to the pan and add the chillies.
- When brown, add asafoetida and saute. Then remove and cool.
- Once cool, add salt and grind everything coarsely in a mixer.
