Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1/2 cup – Toor Dal
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/4 cup – Chana dal
• 1/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 9 – 10 – Curry leaves
• Salt – to taste
• Onions – 3 (finely chopped)
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix dals and rice. Soak for 4-5 hours.
  2. Add chillies, curry leaves, salt and grind into a fine dosa batter
  3. Add chopped onions.
  4. Prepare dosa on a hot tawa
  5. Drizzle ghee when each side is done
  6. Serve with hot chutney
