Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – broken Wheat
• 4 tbsp – sweet corn, boiled and mashed
• 8 tsp – green peas, boiled
• 4 medium sized – carrot, grated
• 4 tsp – ginger-chilli paste
• 2 tsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak broken wheat in water for 2 hours.
  2. Mix well broken wheat, sweet corn, green peas, carrot, ginger-chilli paste and salt
  3. Flatten the mixture into 8 patties
  4. Smear oil on a pan and cook the patties till done or bake in an oven till done
  5. Serve hot
