
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – dates, pitted
• 1 cup – mixed chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts)
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Icing Sugar – for dusting
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add dates. Stir continuously with a ladle till it turns into a soft mixture.
- Add nuts, mix well, and remove from heat.
- Once it cools a little, roll the mixture into tiny balls.
- The dust the balls with icing sugar.
