Ingredients:
• Fish – 1/2 kg
• eggs – 2
• Pepper – 1.5 tsp
• Ajinamoto – 1/2 tsp
• Wooster sauce – 1 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Vineger – 1/2 tsp
• Bread crumbs
• Oil – 1 cup
• Salt per taste
Method:
- Boil the fish in a little water adding a little salt to it
- Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the above ingredients except bread crumbs
- Mix well to make a nice dough. Divide it in to 10 parts and shape into finger shape
- Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil
- Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with sauce
