Ingredients:

• 1 pack – round Corn tortilla chips
• 1 bottle – salsa
• 1 can – refried beans or baked beans
• 1 pack – shredded cheese

Method:

  1. Blend refried or baked beans to a smooth consistency. Do not pour water.
  2. In a large ovenproof pan, line the tortilla chips in rows and columns. With a large spoon, pour blended beans.
  3. Pour salsa over tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheese.
  4. Add another layer of tortilla chips in rows and columns over the cheese.
  5. Add beans, salsa and cheese over it as before.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F and place the pan for 5-8 minutes until cheese on the top just melts.
  7. With knife, cut into large squares and place on dish. Serve warm.
