Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice powder, processed, roasted
• 1/4 cup – roasted urad dhal powder
• 1 tbsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – white sesame seeds
• 2 cups – Jaggery

Method:

  1. Take 2 cups of water (same amount as the rice powder) in a wide mouthed vessel. Add jaggery and boil it.
  2. Once it starts boiling and the jaggery is fully mixed, take it out and filter it to remove foreign particles.
  3. Boil the clean jaggery water again. Once it starts boiling, add coconut, white sesame and cardamom.
  4. Add rice powder a little at a time till a dough is formed. Remove from fire.
  5. Now add roasted urad dhal powder a little at a time and mix well.
  6. Make small balls and deep fry it.
