Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice powder, processed, roasted
• 1/4 cup – roasted urad dhal powder
• 1 tbsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – white sesame seeds
• 2 cups – Jaggery
Method:
- Take 2 cups of water (same amount as the rice powder) in a wide mouthed vessel. Add jaggery and boil it.
- Once it starts boiling and the jaggery is fully mixed, take it out and filter it to remove foreign particles.
- Boil the clean jaggery water again. Once it starts boiling, add coconut, white sesame and cardamom.
- Add rice powder a little at a time till a dough is formed. Remove from fire.
- Now add roasted urad dhal powder a little at a time and mix well.
- Make small balls and deep fry it.
