Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Pork chops
• 4 Green chillies – ground to a paste
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – mustard powder
• 3 tbsp – Worcestershire/soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – peppercorns
• 3 onions, sliced finely
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 3 potatoes, boiled and cut into halves

Method:

  1. Marinate the pork chops with all the ingredients except the oil and onions for about an 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a suitable pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
  3. Add the pork chops and mix well.
  4. Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the chops are tender and the gravy is thick.
  6. Add the potatoes and mix once.
  7. Serve with rice or bread.
