
Ingredients:
• A handful – Dill leaves, chopped
• 1/4 – Tender English Cucumber, chopped
• 1 – Green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add oil in a pan. When hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait till they splatter.
- Once they splatter add green chillies and saute.
- Now add dill leaves and saute.
- Remove it off the heat and allow it to cool down completely.
- In a bowl add yogurt, salt, sugar and whisk well.
- Once cooled add chopped cucumber to it.
- Now pour the whisked yogurt on top of the cooled mixture and mix well.
- Dill leaves and cucumber raita is ready to serve. Goes well with any flat breads or even plain rice.
