Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk powder
• 3 tbsp – unsalted Butter
• 1/2 cup Milk – sufficient enough to make a soft dough
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• 3 or 4 – Cardamom ( powder crushed)
• 1 tbsp – Pista crushed

Method:

  1. Mix butter and milk powder. Add milk to make a soft dough.
  2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and take out the dough after 15 minutes and crumble it with your finger breaking all the lumps.
  3. Make sugar syrup of one strand and add the crumbled dough.
  4. Keep stirring till it starts leaving the pan.
  5. Remove and cool it lightly.
  6. Make small balls in the shape of peda and decorate with cardamom and pista powder on the top.
