Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Dosa batter
• 1/2 cup – Rice Flour or little more
• 1/2 cup – Onion (Finely Chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper
• 1 tbsp – Coconut (Grated)
• Curry leaf Few
• 1 tbsp – Coriander (Finely Chopped)
• Salt – Needed quantity (take care while adding as there would be already salt in dosa batter)
• Oil – For Frying
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except oil.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Take the ladle full of batter and put them in oil. (You can also use hands to drop the bondas in to oil)
- Simmer the stove. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
