Ingredients:

• 2 – boiled Potatoes (cut into tiny cubes)
• 1/2 cup – boiled Green peas
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Mustard oil
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• a pinch of Hing
• 1/4 cup – coriander chutney
• 1/4 cup – Tamarind chutney
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• chat masala to sprinkle
• 6 – wonton wrappers

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in a kadhai and splutter the mustard seeds.
  2. Add hing, green chillies and chopped onions and saute for a while until the onion pieces turn pink.
  3. Add the potatoes and green peas along with salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Add coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  5. Form each wonton wrapper like a cup, add a little vegetable mixture in the centre and sprinkle some chat masala.
  6. Seal the top of the wrapper well.
  7. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
  8. Place the filled wontons on a baking sheet and brush the sides with a little oil. Bake on high for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
