
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – boiled Rice
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Drumstick leaves
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak the rice for about 3 to 4 hours.
- Grind into a coarse batter (like rava). Add coconut to the batter.
- Add salt and the drumstick leaves and mix well.
- Heat a tawa. Drop a ladleful of the batter and spread out like a dosa. Drizzle some oil around the adai.
- When one side is well cooked, turn over and add a little oil.
- When both sides are cooked, remove and serve with chutney, sambar or idli chilli powder.
