Ingredients:

• 4 – Drum sticks
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• 1 tsp – Mirchi powder
• 2 pinches – Hing powder
• Few corainder leaves
• Few Curry leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan with mustard seeds. Add the drumstick pieces along with some water. Keep the flame at medium.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp of haldi, 1 tsp of mirchi powder, 2 pinches of asafoetida powder, a few corainder leaves and some curry leaves. Cook well for some time, then add salt.
  3. On cooling, serve as a side dish with rice or as a snack.
