
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – almonds, chopped
• 1/2 cup – pistas, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cashews, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – jaggery, powdered
Method:
- Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Add jaggery. Stir until it melts and bubbles start forming.
- Add the nuts and mix. Take off the flame and pour on a clean, greased work surface while still hot.
- Knead a little and roll out quickly to 3/4-inch thickness.
- Cut into squares while warm.
- Break after cooling completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
