Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Cashewnuts
• 1/2 cup – Almonds
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Water
• 1 tsp – Ghee.

Method:

  1. Grind the cashew nuts and almonds together to make a coarse powder.
  2. Make sure they are at room temperature before grinding.
  3. Now boil sugar and water in a non-stick vessel and thicken to a 1-string consistency.
  4. Add milk and nuts powder and mix well. Keep stirring continuously to make a soft dough like consistency.
  5. Transfer it to a greased (using ghee) plate and knead it for a while.
  6. Roll it out to make a round shape of 1/4 ” thickness.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Cut into diamond shapes.
  9. Serve cool.
