
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2- Tomatoes chopped
• 1/2 cup – Tamarind juice
• 2 tsp – dried shrimp powder
Method:
- Puree the tomatoes and add 3 cups of water.
- Now add all the other ingredients except the shrimp powder.
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Season the pepper water with mustard seeds, curry leaves, 2 red chillies broken into bits and half an onion chopped.
- Add the shrimp powder and mix well.
- Serve Hot with rice.
