
Ingredients:
• 500g – small round Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Peanuts
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp – Chironji
• 2tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Amchoor powder
• 1 tbsp – dhaniya patha
Method:
- Put all the potatoes in a polythene bag and keep them in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Take them out and peel them.
- Prick them with a fork and fry peanuts, chironji, and sesame separately till light brown.
- Make a paste by adding a little curd.
- Add salt to taste, garam masala, and amchoor powder, and marinate for 1 hour.
- Then in a closed container, microwave it, and keep it on power 50 for five minutes.
- Serve hot decorated with dhaniya patha.
