Ingredients:

• 500g – small round Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Peanuts
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp – Chironji
• 2tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Amchoor powder
• 1 tbsp – dhaniya patha

Method:

  1. Put all the potatoes in a polythene bag and keep them in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  2. Take them out and peel them.
  3. Prick them with a fork and fry peanuts, chironji, and sesame separately till light brown.
  4. Make a paste by adding a little curd.
  5. Add salt to taste, garam masala, and amchoor powder, and marinate for 1 hour.
  6. Then in a closed container, microwave it, and keep it on power 50 for five minutes.
  7. Serve hot decorated with dhaniya patha.
