
Ingredients:
• 1kg – Minced Meat
• 3 tsp – Yogurt
• 1 tsp – Red Chillies
• 1 small pinch Turmeric
• Cilantro
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt
• Garam masala:
• (grind) 6 – small Cardamom
• 6 – Black Peppercorns
• 4 – Cloves
• 1 – Cinnamon
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• oil
Method:
- Marinate the meat with all the ingredients, garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of oil for half an hour.
- Heat a skillet, add the minced meat with the marinade, and stir until the water dries up and the oil separates (15 minutes).
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
