
Ingredients:
• 3kg – red dry chillies
• 10g – aniseed (suwa, shopa)
• coriander/dhania
• 250g – turmeric/haldi
• 250g – till (sesame seeds)
• 250g – Mustard Seed
• 250g – kus kus (poppy seeds)
• 250g – Channa dhal (Kabuli Channa)
• 250g – whole Wheat
• 250g – peppercorns
• 10g – maipatri
• 50g – Cinnamon
• 10g – Cardamoms
• 10g – Cloves (spice)
• 10g – bardian
• 10g – kababchini
• 10g – tirphal
• 10g – naikaiser
• 10g – zaipatri
• 250g – jeera/cumin seeds
Method:
- Clean the ingredients and dry them in the sun.
- Roast each ingredient separately in an earthenware pot.
- First pound the red chillies and then the others. Mix them thoroughly and bottle them in perfectly dry bottles.
