
Ingredients:
• 2.25 cups – powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – light Corn syrup
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – of each food color (red, green, orange, yellow)
• 2-3 drops of each essence (strawberry, mango, Orange and pineapple)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except the food colouring and the essence
- Knead the dough
- Make four portions of the dough
- Mix each portion with relevant colour and essence (red-strawberry, green-mango, orange-orange, yellow-pineapple)
- Make tiny balls of each dough
- Refrigerate all the candies
- Can be used for Easter decoration.
