Ingredients:

• 2.25 cups – powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – light Corn syrup
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – of each food color (red, green, orange, yellow)
• 2-3 drops of each essence (strawberry, mango, Orange and pineapple)

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the food colouring and the essence
  2. Knead the dough
  3. Make four portions of the dough
  4. Mix each portion with relevant colour and essence (red-strawberry, green-mango, orange-orange, yellow-pineapple)
  5. Make tiny balls of each dough
  6. Refrigerate all the candies
  7. Can be used for Easter decoration.
