
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard leaves
• few Curry leaves
• Mix all these ingredients together and keep aside.
• 2 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder crushed)
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil and saute the onions.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
- When the colour of onion changes to golden brown, reduce the flame and add all the powders and the marinated beef.
- Cook till done by adding enough water and salt.
- Splutter some mustard seeds and curry leaves in 1 tablespoon of oil and mix in.
- Garnish with fried onion and serve.
