Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard leaves
• few Curry leaves
• Mix all these ingredients together and keep aside.
• 2 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder crushed)
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil and saute the onions.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  3. When the colour of onion changes to golden brown, reduce the flame and add all the powders and the marinated beef.
  4. Cook till done by adding enough water and salt.
  5. Splutter some mustard seeds and curry leaves in 1 tablespoon of oil and mix in.
  6. Garnish with fried onion and serve.
