Ingredients:
• Besan Flour – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Coconut Powder – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Milk – 1 cup
Method:
- Mix besan flour, ghee, coconut powder, sugar, milk to make a batter.
- Pour everything in a heavy kadai and cook on low heat for 20 mins.
- Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
- Remove from fire and pour on a greased tray.
- After a few minutes, cut into small pieces.
