Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Cabbage (medium size)
• 1 cup – moong dal
• For grinding:
• 1/2 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• For seasoning:
• Coconut oil & Curry leaves
Method:
- Cook 1 cup of moong dal till it’s soft. Cook cabbage, and add the cooked moong dal. Add the grounded paste and salt to taste.
- Finally, season with coconut oil and curry leaves.
