Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – Pasta of your choice
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2-3 tbsp – cheese spread
• 1/2-1 tsp – pepper (crushed a little coarsely)
• 1 tsp – Olive oil/cooking oil
• salt as needed

Method:

  1. Cook pasta with salt and cooking oil until soft as per the packing instructions. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
  2. Heat a broad pan, add butter and let it melt on low flame.
  3. Add the cooked pasta and stir in the cheese and pepper.
  4. Toss well until the cheese melts and blends well with the pasta.
  5. If you want the pasta a little juicy, mix 1 tbsp of milk.
  6. Serve hot.
