
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Pasta of your choice
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2-3 tbsp – cheese spread
• 1/2-1 tsp – pepper (crushed a little coarsely)
• 1 tsp – Olive oil/cooking oil
• salt as needed
Method:
- Cook pasta with salt and cooking oil until soft as per the packing instructions. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
- Heat a broad pan, add butter and let it melt on low flame.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir in the cheese and pepper.
- Toss well until the cheese melts and blends well with the pasta.
- If you want the pasta a little juicy, mix 1 tbsp of milk.
- Serve hot.
