
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – cat fish fillets (or any other)
• 1 handful – Coriander leaves
• 3 – Cloves of Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder and Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – freshly pounded black pepper
• 1 tsp -dhaniya
• 1 tbsp – Corn starch and soy souse
• 1 tsp – fresh Tamarind juice or kokum or both
• salt
• oil
Method:
- Mix fish in soy sauce and marinate it for 15 mins and then wash it.
- Grind all ingredients except corn flour.
- Mix it with fish and marinate it for 15 mins.
- Then mix corn starch and then shallow fry it in low flame.
