
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – cooked basmati Rice
• 2 tbsp – pepper
• 1-2 tsp – salt
• A dash of oil
• 1/2 – capsicum, cut into long strips
• 1 – carrot, cut into long strips
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok. Add all the ingredients and stir for 5 minutes or till thoroughly mixed.
- Serve with any raita or plain yogurt.
