
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 10 pods – Garlic
• 4 – Green chilli
• salt to taste
• Curry leaves
• 2 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Peel the garlic.
- Heat ghee in a tava, add garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, and fry for 5 mins.
- Mix cooked rice, salt and cook on slow flame for 3 to 4 mins.
