Ingredients:

• 2 cups – malai (thick Cream of milk)
• 2-onions, finely chopped
• 1- tomato, finely chopped
• 10 -garlic Cloves
• 1 piece -ginger, peeled
• 5 -green chillies
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 10-12- Cashew nuts
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• 3 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Make a smooth paste of ginger and garlic.
  2. Break cashew nuts into small pieces.
  3. Heat ghee, fry cashew, drain, and keep aside.
  4. To the same ghee, add chopped onions, fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add ground paste, salt, green chillies, turmeric powder.
  6. Add tomatoes, cook till oil separates from gravy.
  7. Add cream, stir and cook.
  8. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander and fried cashew.
  10. Serve hot with roti or naan.
