Ingredients:

• 250 g – instant gulab jamun mix
• 1/2 tin – milkmaid
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• dried fruits and nuts
• 4 to 5 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Take the instant jamun mix in a bowl. Add Milk Maid, milk and oil to this mix.
  2. Mix all together gently until lumps disappear.
  3. Add a little more milk, if necessary, to form a smooth batter.
  4. Now add dried fruits and nuts to this mixture.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clear.
  6. Cool on a rack, cut into pieces and serve.
