Ingredients:
• 1 litre – water or vegetable stock
• 200 g – Egg noodles
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger powder
• 2 – green Onions (greens and whites – diagonally sliced)
• 1 – small sized Onion (peeled and sliced to get thin rings)
• 3 – thin Lemon slices
• Salt to taste
• Parsley leaves – a few
Method:
- Boil water in a large vessel
- Add the noodles and rest of the ingredients
- Cook until the the noodles are done, for about 4 mins
- Pour the soup in individual bowls
- Garnish with chopped parsley leaves
