Ingredients:

• 1 litre – water or vegetable stock
• 200 g – Egg noodles
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger powder
• 2 – green Onions (greens and whites – diagonally sliced)
• 1 – small sized Onion (peeled and sliced to get thin rings)
• 3 – thin Lemon slices
• Salt to taste
• Parsley leaves – a few

Method:

  1. Boil water in a large vessel
  2. Add the noodles and rest of the ingredients
  3. Cook until the the noodles are done, for about 4 mins
  4. Pour the soup in individual bowls
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley leaves
