Ingredients:
• 6 to 7 – Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 16 – bread slices
• Oil to shallow fry
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil and peel the potatoes.
- Add salt, chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes and make dough.
- Cut the bread slice into half.
- Pour water on one piece of the bread and squeeze to take out the water.
- Then put approximately 1 teaspoon of potato dough in the centre and fold to seal it.
- Do the same with the remaining slices.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the potato surprise till it turns golden brown in colour.
- Drizzle more oil if required.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
