Ingredients:

• 3 – eggs
• 6 tbsp – Sugar
• 6 tbsp – Maida
• Salt, a pinch
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• Ghee

Method:

  1. Beat egg, sugar, and salt using an egg beater till fluffy.
  2. Add maida and vanilla essence, and mix well.
  3. Grease a nonstick pan and pour the mixture in it.
  4. Pressure cook on a very low flame till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
