Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Potato
• 1 cup – Green peas
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic and ginger, mashed
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Pour small amount of oil and fry the onions till it becomes golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and keep frying with onions. Add soaked green peas and potatoes and boil it.
  2. Add chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and pinch of salt for taste.
  3. Boil it for 15 to 20 minutes and serves with hot rice.
