Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron
• Grind to a fine powder:
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 2 tsps – Cardamom
• 5-8 – Peppercorns
• 1/4 cup – Almonds
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup – Pista
• 1/4 cup – Melon seeds
• 2 tsps – Khus Khus
• Sugar
Method:
- Take a pan add milk add saffron and then add sugar and heat till sugar dissolves.
- To the milk, add the powdered spices. Stir and switch off the heat.
- Heat the milk for a few seconds.
- Cool it at room temperature.
- Cool it then in refrigerator and serve.
