
Ingredients:
• 4 – Medium green chillies, minced
• 1 tsp – Cooking oil
• 1 cup – Curd
• 4 Cloves – Garlic, minced
• 1 cup – Rava/ Sooji/ semolina
• A pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp – Soda bi-carbonate
Method:
- Mix the rava, curds and salt.
- Add 1 tsp cooking oil, minced green chillies, garlic and leave it to soak for 15 minutes.
- Grease the steaming vessel and just before pouring the batter, add the soda bi-carbonate with a little warm water.
- Steam in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
