Ingredients:
• 4- Tomatoes cut
• 4- Onions cut
• 1/4 – Grated Coconut
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil to saute
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. After 5 mins, add the tomatoes, then the green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, add coconut. Cool and grind with some water and salt.
- Goes very well with paddu and dosa.
