Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt to taste
• For seasoning:
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• A few Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Finely grate the carrot and keep it aside.
  2. Peel the potato skin, grate and mix with carrot.
  3. Finely chop tomato and onion and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  5. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the curry leaves.
  6. After 1 minute, add chopped onion and tomato.
  7. Fry the onion and tomato till the onions becomes transparent.
  8. Now add the grated carrot and potato and fry till it is cooked completely.
  9. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  10. Fry for 5 mins.
  11. Serve hot with chapattis.
