
Ingredients:
• 6 – hard boiled Egg (cut into halves)
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – dry mustard
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tin – Mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 4 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1 Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan melt the butter, fry the onions and capsicums till golden brown
- Add the mustard, pepper and salt and mix well with the onions and capsicum
- Add the mushroom soup and milk and simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the cheese and continue to stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce has a smooth texture.
- Put the eggs onto a flat dish and pour the sauce over it.
