
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 kg – Potatoes
• 4 Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 1/2 tsp – fried Coriander seeds
• 2 sprigs Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup – Cream
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes, peel and cut each into 2 pieces.
- Boil eggs, peel and slice into two halves.
- Heat oil, grind green chillies, bengal gram and fried coriander seeds and fry. Add egg pieces and fry for 3 mins.
- Add potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, salt and curry leaves.
- Pour cream on top and serve hot.
